when we were owned by a company called DST, he voiced his opinion that the system they were
proposing to use for our record keeping would not work. Never being a yes man, this was indeed the
wrong thing to say and he was shown the door. Years later DST sold us. Why? The concepts they were
using for the system just weren't working. Of course, this is what Rich said all along.
